ChenDu

Chengdu, or Chengdu for short, is the capital of Sichuan Province. It was designated by the State Council in 1993 as the science and technology, commerce, and financial center and transportation and communication hub in the southwestern region. It is the central and western city with the largest number of foreign consulates and the largest number of international routes. In 2015, it was approved by the State Council and upgraded to an important national high-tech industrial base, trade and logistics center and comprehensive transportation hub, and an important central city in the western region.

Shanghai, abbreviated as "Shanghai", is a provincial-level administrative region, municipality directly under the Central Government, a national central city, a megacity of the People's Republic of China, China's international economic, financial, trade, shipping, technological innovation center, and a national logistics hub.
